Seventy-seven
Oct 5th, 2007 by Tana
Yes, seventy-seven would be the magic number of people ahead of me in line over at Ravelry right now…which means I should be getting my invite sometime today.
So instead of blogging, I’ve been working on getting pictures of my knitting uploaded into Flickr. Because that’s more important, you know.
We’re talking, all of the knitted things I’ve ever made. As in, back from the beginning of time. If you want to know about why I learned to knit, you can read it here. And if I dare say so myself, some of the things I knit that first year are really ugly. Nothing like the sophisticated things I make now. Knowing a little more about photography helps too. Just saying is all…
So if you want to browse through the things I’ve knit, year by year, you can hop on over to Flickr. There is a set of pictures for each year, beginning with this year, last year, the year before, and the year before that.
And just so I can say you’ve been warned…these are two of the first things that came off my needles: soakers to go over Ben’s cloth diapers using the Little Turtle Knits Original Soaker Pattern. Ugly would be an understatement. But hey! you gotta start somewhere…
I saw all that stuff you were uploading! I think it all looks great! Take that with a grain of salt, though, because I’m not a knitter 🙂
I hope you get your invite today!
